Michael Jackson may have been a pedophile, but God knows he's left the greatest footprint on the Pop music scene possible. First we lost Ed McManhon, then Farrah Foster, and now MJ. All in ONE week. Is the Grim Reaper planning the party of the year or something? He took the comedian, the pin up girl, and now our King of Pop! Wtf?

All I have to say is that I'm DEPRESSED. MJ made some of the greatest music possible, I grew up listening to him! My parents are the oldies, 50-80s never dies in my house. It was amazing and awesome! Hell, my mom does the moonwalk in the kitchen! His death was just...so unexpected and an utter shock that it left the nation stunned...he was only a YEAR older than my dad...

My mom and I agree it was prescription drugs. I quote from her:

"mark my words......MJ was given an obscene amount of perscription drugs and the people that circled him led him to his own early death......so sad......I firmly believe that celebrities have a hard time living in reality and these people take advantage of this disconnect and this seems to be the tragedy of bigger than life people................... I....am...so...so..so..so...so...so...sorry I haven't put up anything in almost a year or less. I have been so busy with school and drama and friends and JROTC and homework I just don't find time to do the stuff I like anymore. Not only that but family issues have gotten in the way so it just totally destroyed me right then and there. My grades dropped, I had trouble sleeping, I was always in a daze, I was getting nauseaious over stupid things, I kept forgetting everything, etc. I was so out of it it got to the point where I was going to my bus stop and I forgot I had my hair in a towel with no shoes and just a tank. It was...wow. I've been trying to get my act straight but it's so hard when you have friends who have so many issues it could possibly make the world's greatest therapist commit suicide. And surprisingly, I'm still here! Hoorah!

I had a JROTC competition this morning and gosh, was I about to DIE. We did soo bad (in my opinion), we were no doubt one of the worst. But that's just me because when I think something can be better, I think it's bad if it's not. Did that make sense? Well, I'm gonna get off early because:

1) Too much drama and angst to explain in one journal entry
2) Because I have to do homework tomorrow and I'm tired.
